You are in Calgary, and the first question is not which city your representative works from. It is what your situation needs next, and whether the person you pay is authorized to handle it. A permit close to expiry, a sponsorship application, a letter from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and a question about citizenship are four different questions with four different answers.
Imprint Immigration Services reviews those situations by video for people in Calgary and elsewhere in Alberta. The practice has one office, in Edmonton, led by Shirani Jenita Daniel, RCIC-IRB, licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) under Licence R705794. There is no Calgary office, no Calgary address and no Calgary phone line. This page sets out how the work is actually done at a distance.
Start with your records, not with a program name
Bring the documents rather than the label. A permit, a decision letter, a receipt, an application already submitted: those describe your situation exactly, where a program name found online usually describes someone else’s. Write a short note covering your current status, what has been applied for, what has been decided, and any date printed on a letter. Note any gap rather than recreating a document.
Have the records to hand in a readable copy on the day, with your questions written down, because documents get read on screen together. If a letter or permit carries a deadline, say so when you book: booking a consultation does not pause a government deadline. If the date is close, phone (825) 435-1101 rather than waiting on email.
