Regulated representation

Only a licensed representative can charge a fee to advise on immigration.

Shirani's licence can be checked on the CICC public register. Every file is handled under that licence and the College's code of professional conduct.

Why It Matters

Only Regulated Representatives Can Charge Fees for Immigration Advice

Under Canadian law, only authorized persons (registered lawyers, Notaries in Quebec, and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) registered with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, or CICC) may provide immigration advice for a fee.

Check a paid representative's authorization before sharing documents or paying fees. Unauthorized advice can expose applicants to fraud and incorrect submissions. The consequences of inaccurate information depend on the circumstances and the applicable law. Verify any consultant you hire at the CICC public register.

Where we work

A consultation in Edmonton or by video

Imprint Immigration Services is based at 300-9006 132 Ave NW, Edmonton, Alberta T5E 0Y2. Clients can arrange a consultation with Shirani Jenita Daniel, RCIC-IRB, CICC Licence R705794, to discuss their own immigration circumstances.

Prepare your current immigration documents, relevant correspondence and the questions you want reviewed. If a letter or permit has a deadline, identify it when arranging the appointment. A consultation does not pause a government deadline.

Clients elsewhere in Alberta, including Calgary, can meet by video. The consultation is a paid appointment; representation begins under a separate written agreement.

You have read about a dozen programs and you are still not sure which one is yours.
